Good level of 1C knowledge;
Strong level of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.);

Ability to work with Electronic Government Portals (EGP);

Job description:
Registration, renewal and termination of employment contracts in the EMAS system;
Correct entry and regular updating of employee data in the system;
Timely entry of changes in employees' positions, salaries and other key indicators into the system;
Monitoring the contract period of employees on probation and taking necessary measures;
Registration and confirmation of annual leave in the relevant systems;
Correct registration of sick leave and paid / unpaid leave in the system;
Reflection of leave, temporary loss of work capacity and other cases in the EMAS system;
Collection of employee leave applications and processing in the program;
Control over the drafting of employment contracts in accordance with the legislation and their correct registration in the system;
Submission of documents in accordance with the requirements by state authorities;
Preparation of reports on the number of employees, hiring, dismissal and other indicators from the EMAS system;
Ensuring the timely renewal of employment contracts;
