Higher education
Work experience in the field of Human Resources - more than 1 year;
Good level of 1C knowledge;
Strong level of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.);
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English is an advantage;
High level of knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Ability to work with Electronic Government Portals (EGP);
Knowledge of personnel administration;
High level of written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work in a team.

Job description:
To ensure the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the implementation of Human Resources operations;
Constantly updates the personnel database, taking into account changes;
Creates personal files of “Employees” and makes necessary changes, taking into account innovations related to their activities;
Transfers expired documents to the archive in a certain manner;
To carry out all operations related to hiring, dismissal, attendance, vacation, business trips, disciplinary sanctions and other procedures in accordance with the procedure established by law;
To ensure that employees use their vacations;
To ensure the timely implementation of operations related to the AMAS government portal;
To coordinate the process of formalizing cases of temporary disability;
To ensure the correct conduct of document circulation;
To fulfill written and verbal instructions of the immediate supervisor
