Responsibilies:
Preparing job vacancy announcements, posting them on relevant platforms, and implementing candidate attraction strategies;
Conducting initial screening of applications and analyzing candidates’ skills, qualifications, and compatibility;
Organizing and conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, documenting interview results in a structured format;
Coordinating the interview process and maintaining communication with the management;
Monitoring recruitment KPIs, preparing regular reports, and presenting them to the management.

Strong communication and presentation skills;
Proactive, responsible, and analytical thinking abilities.
