Responsibilies:
Ensure effective execution of HR processes in compliance with legislation;
Oversee labor relations and documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the employee database and manage data flow correctly in the 1C system;
Prepare statistical data, performance indicators, and analytical reports related to HR;
Provide suggestions for optimizing HR operations and administrative procedures;
Ensure the integration of HR policies into daily operations and their implementation in line with corporate standards;
Coordinate HR operations in collaboration with management and structural departments.

Accuracy, responsibility, and strong analytical thinking.
