Requirements:
Higher education — preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration;
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in frontline / customer service roles in a bank;
Strong knowledge of banking products and services;
Proven sales skills and experience in premium customer service;
Excellent command of Azerbaijani; fluency in Russian and English is an advantage.
