Responsibilies:
Ensure the effective and legally compliant implementation of human resources processes;
Ensure that labor relations and documentation are carried out in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the employee database and manage proper data flow in the 1C system;
Prepare statistical data, indicators, and analytical reports related to human resources;
Provide suggestions for the optimization of HR operations and administrative procedures;
Ensure the integration of HR policies into daily operations and compliance with corporate standards;
Coordinate HR operations within the framework of cooperation with management and structural departments.

Accuracy, responsibility, and analytical thinking skills.
