Requirements:
Higher education;
At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience;
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and current labor legislation;
Proficiency in MS Office and 1C 8.3 programs;
Ability to work in a team and withstand stress.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan during HR operations;
Preparing employment contracts for employees, terminating contracts when necessary, and carrying out documentation related to position changes in accordance with Azerbaijani labor legislation accurately and on time;
Creating and maintaining personal files of employees;
Developing and updating an employee database;
Monitoring employees’ internal discipline and attendance, and regularly preparing related reports for management;
Organizing employees’ participation in training courses, seminars, and conferences;
Preparing necessary certificates and statements for employees;
Providing relevant information to the finance department for submission of monthly reports to the State Employment Agency;
Acting as a coordinator with the partner communication company and managing all ongoing tasks;
Preparing monthly and annual reports on the department’s activities and submitting them to the supervisor.
