Job Description:
Gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation;
Providing daily support for the ERP system and resolving user requests;
Monitoring data quality;
Participating in the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process;
Preparing user guides and training materials;
Coordinating with the BI team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
Experience with or basic knowledge of ERP systems;
Strong Excel skills;
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
