Requirements:
Technical skills: Proficiency in computer usage.
Work experience in the field: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani with strong communication skills; Russian is an advantage.
Other competencies: Must be proactive, communicative, calm, and capable of establishing contact with problematic borrowers.

Responsibilities:
Registration of borrowers and guarantors with overdue loans; visits to their actual residential addresses and workplaces;
Obtaining alternative contact details of borrowers and guarantors when communication cannot be established;
Taking appropriate measures for the recovery of problematic debts;
Involving problematic clients in loan restructuring depending on their financial situation.
