Registration Specialist
Description:
Conducting negotiations with counterparties for the state registration of medicinal products, pharmaceutical substances, and medical devices;
Collecting and analyzing documents in accordance with the requirements of local legislation;
Submitting registration applications to the local state authority, monitoring the expert examination process, and completing the registration procedure until the registration certificate is obtained;
Analysis of dietary supplement (BAQM – biologically active food supplement) compositions;
Reviewing documentation in accordance with local legislation, submitting applications to the relevant state authority to obtain an opinion on whether a product is classified as a medicinal product, and receiving the official opinion;
Ensuring inclusion of dietary supplements in the state register;
Monitoring and analyzing any amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Medicinal Products;
Informing counterparties in written form, within the timeframes specified in agreements, about any changes in legislation;
Providing support related to registration procedures during the preparation of agreements with new counterparties.

Requirements:
Higher education in the medical field;
Language skills: Professional written proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage);
1–2 years of work experience in this field;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
Written and verbal communication skills;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
