Sales Monitoring Specialist
Job Description:
Monitors the quality of service provided by pharmacists during sales transactions in pharmacies;
Checks whether the questions that should be asked to customers during the sales process are asked correctly;
Records the medications offered to customers;
Prepares reports based on overall monitoring results;
Records how the sales process is completed.
