The list of higher education institutions with the most scientific works published in the "Web of Science" Elmmetric database in the last 4 years
Based on the analysis of the scientific works published in the journals indexed in the "Web of Science" international reference database during the years 2020-2023, we present the indicators of the first 5 universities under the Ministry of Science and Education.

Before the Congress, a visit was made to the Honorary Alley to pay tribute to the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the distinguished ophthalmologist-scientist, Mrs. Zarifa Aliyeva. The dear memory of both was respectfully remembered, and floral arrangements of carnations and roses were placed at their graves.
The volunteers actively involved in informing students and parents about education student loans and application procedures were rewarded with certificates by the Fund.
