On August 11, 2023, an interactive training on "Performance Management" was conducted by Araz Pashayev, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Student Loan Fund, for the participants of the "İrəliləyİş" project.

In the training, interns were given extensive information about the right choice of profession in the labor market, correct determination of goals and objectives, performance evaluation, and quality indicators, which is a systematic method of measuring the employee's skills and abilities, potential, work habits, behaviors, and other similar characteristics.
