On August 11, 2023, a meeting of the Human Capital Working Group, led by the Ministry of Education, was held within the "Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings of the Republic of Azerbaijan"

During the video conference held in the video conference format, discussions were held about the overall activities of the working group for the first half of 2023, the status of the action plan's execution, including a series of new legal acts adopted in the field of education and human capital development in our country during the first six months of the current year, as well as discussions about their scope.
