The Education Student Loan Fund is also represented at the EduFest Education Festival held in Baku. It was reported that the main purpose of the "Education Student Loan Fund" established by Decree No. 1367 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021 is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups of the population, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. Individuals studying part-time at the bachelor's and master's (residency) levels of higher education, at the level of secondary vocational education and at the higher technical and technical vocational education levels of the vocational education level can take advantage of the education student loan.
It should be noted that the Festival will continue until September 8.
