We would like to inform you that the application period for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year will be announced on the e-ttkf.edu.az portal from July 24.
Students can benefit from the TTK by logging into the https://e-ttkf.edu.az/ portal starting from July 24.
Students who have been admitted to the master's degree level of higher education according to the results of the competition held by the Ministry of Education for the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as students studying in higher, secondary specialized and vocational education institutions in the 2nd and higher courses, can apply for a loan.
Students admitted to the master's degree level will be able to apply for a student loan in parallel when carrying out the student registration process through portal.edu.az!
Note: Students admitted to undergraduate and sub-baccalaureate education levels for the 2025-2026 academic year will be able to send their TTK applications (e-ttkf.edu.az) in parallel during the registration of the educational institution after choosing a specialty.
