Soft Skills Training Conducted for TTKF Employees
The Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) has launched a training program on soft skills aimed at supporting the professional and personal development of its employees. The trainings are conducted by the Fund’s employee, internationally certified professional trainer and mentor, Leyla Rahimova.
Within the framework of the one-month development program, training sessions have already been held on topics such as "Motivation, Critical Thinking, and Work Methods," "Communication Skills and Techniques," "Communication Competencies," "Leadership Skills in Management," and "Teamwork."
During the sessions, interactive methods were used, and participants engaged in group work, real-life scenario analysis, rhythm techniques, team-building activities, simulations, icebreaker games, and test exercises. This approach supports both the practical application of theoretical knowledge and the strengthening of team spirit among employees.
This initiative, which includes a total of 8 training programs, aims to enhance the soft skills of Fund employees and contribute to their effectiveness in both professional and personal activities.
