A Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding
						On October 29, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mutual cooperation was signed between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding.
The purpose of the memorandum is to establish mutually beneficial relations between the parties, organize internship programs for students and graduates benefiting from education loans, facilitate their employment in positions corresponding to their specialties, and implement joint activities aimed at developing their practical skills.
In his speech at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Board of the TTKF, Bahruz Azimov, provided information about the Fund’s operations and achievements. He noted that the Fund, established in 2021 by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been supporting students studying on a paid basis in higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions for four years, promoting social equality and expanding access to education.
Mr. Azimov emphasized that cooperation with Azera Holding will contribute to involving students and graduates who have benefited from education loans in internship programs aligned with their fields of study and supporting their integration into the labor market as qualified specialists.
Director of Azera Holding, Akif Aliyev, stated that the recent advancements in the education sector, implementation of modern teaching standards, and creation of social support mechanisms for students reflect President Ilham Aliyev’s care and attention toward the development of education. Mr. Aliyev highly appreciated the activities of the Student Education Loan Fund in this regard, noting that the signed memorandum will help students gain real-world experience and expand their career opportunities.
Later, Head of the Business Development Department of Azera Holding, Elnur Kalantarov, briefed guests on the company’s diversified operations, strategic goals, and ongoing projects.
