A Collective Agreement has been signed between TTKF and the TTKF Trade Union Committee.
On November 13, a Collective Agreement covering the years 2025–2027 was signed between the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF), operating under the Ministry of Science and Education, and the Fund’s Trade Union Committee.
The meeting was attended by Bahruz Azimov, Chairman of the Board of the Education Student Loan Fund; Turana Karimova, Deputy Chair of the Republican Committee of the Education and Science Workers’ Trade Union; and Aysel Hasanova, Chair of the TTKF Trade Union Committee.
The main mission of the Collective Agreement is to ensure the highest level of protection of employees’ socio-economic rights and legitimate interests, regulate labor relations, and maintain a healthy working environment within the collective.
This Collective Agreement will further strengthen the social protection of every TTKF employee and reinforce mutual trust and an efficient working atmosphere in the workplace.
