The next training program on “Soft Skills and Labor Market Readiness” was organized by the Student Education Loan Fund for students and graduates benefiting from education student loans.
On April 14, 2026, a training session on “Communication Skills and Techniques” was held at Baku Slavic University (BSU), jointly organized by the Career Development, Labor Market and Alumni Affairs Department and the Student Education Loan Fund.
During the interactive training, participants were introduced to the key principles of effective communication, including active listening, empathy, and clear expression skills, supported by practical examples. The role of communication in social and academic environments was also discussed.
On April 16, another training session on the same topic was organized at the office of the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF). This session focused on developing professional communication skills of graduates and students from various higher education institutions. Special attention was given to effective communication in the workplace and building team relationships.
The training program made a significant contribution to helping students and graduates benefiting from education student loans enter the labor market more prepared, express themselves more clearly and confidently, and develop professional relationship-building skills.
At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants who actively took part in the training.
