Training on "Job Interview Preparation and Recruitment Simulation" held for students
On April 21 and 23, jointly organized by the Education Student Loan Fund, the Career and Training Center of Baku Eurasian University, and the Career and Alumni Relations Center of Baku State University, trainings on "Job Interview Preparation and Recruitment Simulation" were held for students benefiting from education student loans within the framework of the "Soft Skills and Labor Market Preparation" program.
The main purpose of the trainings was to support the adaptation of students to the modern labor market, to form the basic skills required in them, and to increase the level of preparation for the interview process. During the sessions, participants were provided with detailed information on effective self-presentation, professional CV preparation, interview methods, and employer expectations.
The interactive part of the program ensured the active participation of students and involved them in practical activities. Through various tasks, participants gained experience close to the real work environment and had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical way. This approach had a positive impact on the development of their problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Participants who showed activity in the training were presented with certificates of appreciation at the end of the program. The training concluded with a commemorative photo.
