Registration specialist
Description:
Negotiations with counterparties for state registration of medicines, pharmaceutical substances and medical devices;
Collection and analysis of documents in accordance with the requirements of local legislation;
Implementation of a registration application to a local state body, monitoring of the examination process and implementation of the registration procedure until obtaining a registration certificate;
Analysis of the composition of a biologically active food product (BAFP);
Analysis of documents in accordance with the requirements of local legislation, implementation of an application to a state body providing an opinion on whether a medicine is a medicine or not and obtaining an opinion;
Ensuring that the BAFP is included in the state register;
Monitoring and analysis of any changes to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Medicines;
Notification of counterparties in writing of any changes in the law within the time frame specified in the terms of the agreement;
Providing support with the registration procedure during the preparation of agreements with new counterparties.

Requirements:
Higher education in the field;
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field;

Certificate or advanced training in finance and accounting is an advantage;
Knowledge of the Tax Code.
