IT Project and Analysis Department Specialist
Responsibilies:
Preparation of technical specifications, analysis and design documents;
Organizing meetings with stakeholders, studying the work area and clarifying requirements;
Analyzing and optimizing requirements, comparing main and alternative approaches (models), and agreeing with stakeholders;
Analyzing documents related to current legislation concerning the project;
Formulating, prioritizing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases;
Designing page sketches;
Analyzing and modeling current and target business processes (as-is / to-be);
Visualizing business processes using diagrams and schemes (based on BPMN);
Preparing proposals for process optimization;
Presenting prototypes to stakeholders and collecting feedback;
Conducting initial acceptance testing of developed pages and functionalities;
Participating in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks;
Participating in monitoring work quality, deadlines, and budget;
Defining requirement priorities, forming a “task pool”, preparing initial implementation plans, and setting milestones;
Supporting existing information systems and implementing newly formed requirements;
Participating in daily SCRUM meetings and discussing tasks;

Requirements:
Higher education;
At least 6 months of work experience in a relevant field;
Excellent command of the Azerbaijani language (business-level communication in English and Russian is a plus);
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to make prompt decisions and punctuality;
Experience working with BPMN and UML diagrams;
Experience with task management tools (Azure Boards, Jira, etc.);
Knowledge of SCRUM and experience working in a team;
Experience with MS Office programs (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus);
Basic knowledge of API and SQL;
Intermediate knowledge of UI/UX;
