Internal control specialist
Responsibilies:
Conduct tender procedures and prepare related documentation
Collect and compare price offers from suppliers
Analyze procurement and tender conditions, and perform price evaluations
Ensure accuracy of tender documents and evaluate offers submitted by suppliers
Research market prices for goods and materials in accordance with requirements and prepare relevant recommendations
Provide proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of procurement processes

High proficiency in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage)
Experience with MS Office and tender-related software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Additional Skills:
Higher education in a relevant field
Certifications or additional training in procurement and tender management
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and tender research
Strong skills in price research and tender evaluation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
High proficiency in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage)
