Requirements:
Age: 23–35
Education: Higher education
Work experience: Experience in customer service or sales (experience in insurance or banking is an advantage)
Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (good), English (desirable)

Responsibilities:
Search for potential corporate clients and conduct meetings with them;
Offer suitable insurance products based on clients’ needs;
Assist clients in obtaining clear and accurate information about insurance rules and conditions;
Fulfill the sales plan set for insurance products;
Maintain a database of new and existing clients;
Carry out direct assignments given by the immediate supervisor related to the department’s activities.

Working schedule: 5/2 (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and national mourning days are non-working days);
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00;

Driver and vehicle provided by the company for meetings;
Salary determined based on the candidate’s knowledge and skills;
Bonus system and quarterly motivation incentives.
