Senior Human Resources Specialist
PASHA Holding invites candidates with experience in Recruitment Process and Performance Management to fill the vacancy of "Senior HR Specialist".

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to attract top talent across the company.
- Coordinating and managing the complete recruitment process including job posting, selection, interview and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities and other talent sources.
- Implement performance management systems and processes to ensure fair and objective evaluation of employee performance. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and creating performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations for performance-related initiatives and interventions.

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR, including recruitment and performance management (knowledge of SAP Success Factors is an advantage);
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence a diverse group of parties;
- Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
- Clear concise communication skills.
- Strong interview skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ability to speak fluently in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work on MS Suite;
- Possession of relevant certifications in recruitment and performance management is an advantage;
