Call Center Operator
Responsibilies:
Participate in the preparation of monthly reports related to customer incidents, complaints, and risks.
Assist in directing and managing B2C inquiries to the relevant departments.
Ensure a high level of customer service in communication with clients.
Respond to incoming requests promptly and accurately.
Strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Register calls in the system.
Provide consultations to customers about products and services.
Listen to customer complaints, suggestions, and recommendations, or direct them to the relevant person.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the management.
Collaborate with the team.
Record every call and contribute to daily reports.
Provide support and coordination in line with the call flow.
