Final Training of the “Career Impulse – Personal Development Path” Project Held
The final training within the framework of the “Career Impulse – Personal Development Path” project was held, jointly organized by the Education Student Loan Fund and the Career Development, Labor Market and Alumni Relations Department of Baku Slavic University.
The training was organized for students who have benefited from education student loans, with the main goal of supporting young people’s proper and effective integration into the labor market.
The training was conducted in two main directions. Within the two-day training program covering December 16–17, a session on “Job Interview Preparation and Soft Skills” was delivered by Leyla Rahimova, Leading Specialist of the Fund’s Employer Relations and Innovative Projects Department. The training included interactive, case-based group work and practical exercises for participants.
At the same time, based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Education Student Loan Fund and the Azerbaijan Association of Accountants and Risk Professionals (ARPA) Public Union, trainer Afsana Abdullazadeh and financial expert Joshgun Huseynov delivered presentations on “The Role of Hard Skills in Job Interviews,” providing participants with practical knowledge related to real work environments.
At the end of the training, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants.
